I'm a freelance writer based in Leicestershire, who writes about nature. I specialise in British birds and mammals, plants and folklore, and am fascinated by how history speaks to us through place.

I'm passionate about cultivating an appreciation of nature. I strive to live slowly, celebrate the seasons, and share stories along the way.

 

I have an MA in Travel & Nature Writing from Bath Spa University and was tutored by former Springwatch producer and author Stephen Moss. I also have an RHS General Certificate in Horticulture.
